 Our story began outside the Kathmandu Valley Called  (MUSTANG) right next to Tibet where the Owner Gopal Gauchan became Five-star cooks in our native Nepalese cuisine.  In around 2000 and Gopal started work as a chef in Indian restaurant and after hard work and being such a talented in food industries he decided to open a Family restaurant in Petaluma as EVEREST INDIAN RESTAURANT in 2009. He create an authentic Nepalese North Indian and Tibetan food .He  brought his family recipes and traditions to Sonoma county, after Nine years of successful family running business in Petaluma, He decided to branch out in Santa Rosa.Our culinary specialty is Nepalese, Indian and Tibetan cuisine from our celebrated family recipes developed many years ago. We sincerely hope you enjoy our creations and service, from our family to yours. Please come and enjoy the cuisine from the other side of the world, Himalayan and Indian Food in Sonoma county.
